Organic Garlic Chicken  

Preparation time: 5 min.
Cooking time: 10 min.
Marinade time: 1:00 hr. min.

Ingredients
2 envelopes herb and garlic dry soup mix
1 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
8 chicken breast halves



Cooking Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a baking dish. Add
chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate 1 hour or
overnight in refrigerator. Prepare grill or broiler. Arrange chicken
on grill or broiler pan and brush with marinade. Grill or
broil 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with
remaining marinade, or until chicken is cooked throughout
