Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef
6 ounces taco seasoning mix
8 taco shells
1-1/2 cups water
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups tomatoes fresh, diced
2 cups chopped olives
2 cups salsa
Cooking Directions
Brown ground beef in a heavy nonstick
skillet over medium high heat 7-8
minutes, breaking up meat, until browned
and cooked throughout. Stir in seasoning
and water prepare as directed. Divide
into taco shells. Top with cheese,
lettuce, tomatoes or chopped olives.
Serve with Salsa!
