Organic Beef Crispy Bites 

Ingredients list:

2 pounds of cooked organic beef sirloin roast.
3 large eggs, beaten.
3 cups of extra virgin olive oil.
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour.
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour.
6 tablespoons of milk.
4 teaspoons of salt.
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper.

Instructions for  Beef Crispy Bites:
Cut the beef roast into 1-inch pieces.

In a small bowl, combine the milk and 1 tablespoon of flour. Stir into beaten eggs.

In a shallow dish or plate, mix together the 1 1/2 cups of flour, salt and pepper. Dip the pieces of beef into the egg mixture and then dredge in the flour mixture.

Fry in hot oil until browned and heated thoroughly (about 10 minutes). Drain on a paper towel.

Makes 8 servings.
